We care about your privacy. All information remains confidential.

We do not disclose customer information to any third parties.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data protection Act 1998).

We collect information only for the following 2 reasons, firstly, to process any enquiry, and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service ongoing.

The information we collect about you, may include: your name, address, telephone number, email address, account details and sales history. We will never collect information about you beyond this without your explicit consent.

By giving us your email address at point of sale or in any other form you consent to us using your email to contact you using this email address.

We may from time to time include this address in our mailing list database. If you do not want to receive these, any message you receive from it will contain a removal facility, which results in immediate removal of that address from this mailing database.

We will though keep your email address on our EPOS system so we can still contact you otherwise – related to work we are undertaking for you, information you may need from us, and to advise you in the event of any manufacturer Warranty recalls.  At your written request we can additionally delete this.

Any personal information you give us, either by filling out an order form, using the contact form, contacting us by email or by telephone, will otherwise than mentioned above, only be used by us to fulfil our obligations to you relating to any work we undertake for you or sale we make or have made to you.

The information we hold is to the best of our ability accurate and based solely upon information we receive from you and it remains as up to date as it can be. We may therefore contact you from time to time to update this information.

We will not pass on your e-mail address to other organisations unless you have given us your specific consent otherwise.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

If you would like to inspect the data that we hold which respects to you, then please write, with proof of ID and send a stamped addressed envelope a cheque for £5 to cover administrative costs to:
