You did what was necessary to my cycle. You were all very polite and helpful. I had a very enjoyable ride back to Edenbridge,my gears worked perfectly and gear changing was a dream ! A friend recommended Cycle-ops to me and i can see why. What i liked about you all is that you did not try to sell me something i didn’t need,and seemed very knowledgeable regarding the work carried out for me, considering my cycle is twenty five years old.Many thanks to you all.
