Terms and Conditions
Your bike must be clean and in a safe working order to use for the demo. We reserve the right to cancel the booking, should the bike not meet the above conditions, and retain any booking fee paid in advance.
Please arrive in plenty of time for the demo, and if you intend to change on arrival please account for this and allow plenty of time to do so. We reserve the right to cancel the booking should you arrive late and retain any booking fee paid in advance.
Maximum of three demos per booking.
The demo price is per person, per trainer.
You may damage your rear tyre if you use it on a trainer for longer than a few minutes, especially if riding aggresively. We recommend you fit a turbo trainer tyre prior to the demo - this can be done for you with prior arrangement at additional cost.
We will spend time with you to set up the trainer, and check you are conversant with its functions. We then may leave to your own devices whilst you get hot and sweaty.
Whilst we don't have a wash-room, you can should you wish, take a flannel wash in our customer toilet.
Demo charges are refundable against purchase on the following items:-
First £20 refundable against purchase of any Turbo Trainer at our advertised price if purchased on the same day.
Additional £20 demo charges refundable per £100 of spend in the shop,if purchased on the same day, on any goods at full RRP.
